Returns & Refund Policy


At Dlook Clothing, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.


Returns


Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:


  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The product must not be damaged by the customer

  • If a return is requested due to a sizing issue, it will be considered the customer’s responsibility. In such cases, the customer must cover the full delivery cost for the return and re-shipping.

    If the customer chooses not to proceed with the return shipping, a refund of 50% of the product value may be provided, excluding delivery charges.


Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:


  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Products without original tags

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If the return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days

  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method.


Shipping Costs


If a return is requested due to a sizing issue, it will be considered the customer’s responsibility. In such cases, the customer must cover the full delivery cost for the return and re-shipping.


If the customer chooses not to proceed with the return shipping, a refund of 50% of the product value may be provided, excluding delivery charges.


Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item sent by us


Exchange Policy


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or exchange depending on product availability.
