DLOOK Loyalty Card – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the DLOOK Loyalty Program. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using your loyalty card.

1. Eligibility

The DLOOK Loyalty Card is available to individual customers who make purchases at DLOOK retail stores or through our official online platforms.
Loyalty customers may be selected based on purchase value and eligibility at the point of purchase.
There is no membership fee to join the loyalty program.

2. Membership

The loyalty card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered customer.
Each customer is allowed one loyalty card/account only.

3. Earning Points / Rewards

Points are earned for every purchase made at DLOOK stores or online.
Loyalty points will be calculated, and the relevant loyalty discount will be awarded 60 days after the purchase date.
Discounts and rewards are available for selected items only.

4. Redeeming Points / Discounts

Customers may receive 30%, 20%, or 10% discounts depending on the number of loyalty points accumulated.
The loyalty card cannot be redeemed for additional discounts or special promotional offers outside the current reward structure.
Points and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.

5. Card Usage

The loyalty card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive the applicable discount.
Lost or damaged cards must be reported to DLOOK Customer Service immediately. Replacement charges may apply.

6. Validity and Expiration

The loyalty card remains valid for the lifetime of the customer.
Points and benefits follow the conditions outlined in the program and may be subject to expiry based on program updates.

7. Modification or Termination

DLOOK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty card program at any time without prior notice.
In such cases, all unredeemed points or benefits will be forfeited.

DLOOK respects your privacy and does not share customer information with third parties without consent.

9. General
